What to Expect

We know going to a church for the first time can be intimidating or nerve-racking. We want to help make your first experience at Sola Church a great one.

When Does the Service Start?

We will meet at Highlands Grange Building Sundays at 10 am

What Should I Expect When I Arrive?

Once you walk through the front doors, you'll be met by a volunteer ready to greet you and answer any questions you may have.

What Does the Worship Service Look Like?

A Sola Church worship gathering seeks to make much of God and is centered on the power of the gospel to save sinners and to strengthen believers. In total, a Sola Church worship gathering is generally an hour and 15 minutes in length. Most people will dress fairly casual, but you will see a wide spectrum.

Our gatherings begin with a call to worship read from the scriptures and a music team will lead us in singing together as a congregation as the song lyrics are projected onto a screen. We will sing 4-5 songs throughout the gathering that have themes that mirror the way we're told to worship in the scriptures. We sing songs of adoration, assurance of grace, rejoicing, reflection, and response. After the initial 2-3 songs, we have a sermon that is generally 30-40 minutes in length. We also practice communion weekly, as well as a spoken benediction (or word of blessing) over the congregation as we leave.

You can check out our weekly bulletin here.

What is Available for Children?

We believe that kids, just like adults, should be confronted with the all-surpassing beauty and sufficiency of Jesus every week. At Sola Kids, we make this a priority. We also make your child's safety a priority. For a more detailed description of our safety precautions and our Sola Kids ministry click here. Sola Kids is offered for kids ages infant through 1st grade.

Plan Your Visit

We are a new church plant so we do not have a permanent location. We are meeting at the Highlands Grange in Kennewick. For directions click here.

We love having guests and we are so thankful you've considered joining us. If you have decided to be our guest at our next worship gathering, we'd love to know that you're coming and for our pastors to pray for you, so please let us know you're coming by sending us an email.
